World Cup: Weekend Challenge

These are the terms of participation in the "World Cup Weekend Challenge" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.

3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.

4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.

5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.

6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.

7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.

8. A player may participate in this Promotion only if they are not currently participating in any other casino promotion on the Website. If the player is already participating in any casino promotion on the Website, they must complete its wagering requirements or cancel their participation in order to become eligible for this Promotion.

9. The Promotion starts on June 11, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+3) and ends on July 19, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").

10. The settlement period of the Promotion is each calendar week within the Promotion Period, from Thursday 00:00 (UTC+3) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC+3) inclusive (the "Settlement Period"). At the end of each Settlement Period, qualifying bets are counted and rewards are credited.

11. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players.

12. As part of the Promotion, the player places qualifying bets on FIFA World Cup matches in the "Sports" section of the Website (a "Qualifying Bet") during each Settlement Period. For a bet to be deemed a Qualifying Bet, it must simultaneously meet all of the following conditions:

• placed on an eligible FIFA World Cup market;
• placed within the Settlement Period;
• placed with real funds;
• the minimum bet amount is 5 (five) USD;
• the minimum odds are 1.70;
• fully settled before the rewards are counted;
• accepted and recorded.

13. The following bets are not counted towards the Promotion progress:

• bets placed using bonus funds;
• freebets;
• void bets;
• refunded bets;
• cancelled bets;
• bets placed using the "Cash Out" feature (full or partial);
• bets with odds below 1.70;
• bets affected by system errors or incorrect settlement.

14. Eligible markets for the purposes of the Promotion may include:

• match winner;
• double chance;
• total;
• handicap;
• both teams to score;
• as well as selected special markets.

PokerPlanets reserves the right to exclude individual markets from the Promotion at any time.

15. At the end of each Settlement Period, players receive rewards depending on the number of Qualifying Bets placed during that Settlement Period:

• Bronze level — 5 (five) Qualifying Bets: 1 (one) ticket with a value of 1 (one) USD each for Spin&Win tournaments;
• Silver level — 15 (fifteen) Qualifying Bets: 2 (two) tickets with a value of 1 (one) USD each for Spin&Win tournaments;
• Gold level — 40 (forty) Qualifying Bets: 4 (four) tickets with a value of 1 (one) USD each for Spin&Win tournaments.

16. Rewards are not cumulative. At the end of each Settlement Period, the player receives only the reward for the highest level achieved.

17. Rewards are credited every Monday following the end of the corresponding Settlement Period. The final crediting of rewards takes place on July 20, 2026. Rewards may be credited to the player's Account within 72 (seventy-two) hours.

18. Terms of use for Spin&Win tickets:

• the value of one ticket is 1 (one) USD;
• the tickets are valid for Spin&Win and Spin All-in tournaments;
• the tickets cannot be exchanged for cash;
• the tickets are valid for 5 (five) days from the moment they are credited;
• when using a ticket, the player may cancel their registration in the tournament.

19. A player may opt out of this Promotion at any time.

20. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion. This rule applies to each IP address and/or device.

21. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.

22. In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, the receipt of rewards, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.

23. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
